What is dysbiosis?
Under normal conditions, there is a balance between healthy and potentially harmful bacteria. This balance can be altered with the intake of antibiotics, a diet low in fiber, excessive alcohol consumption, a sedentary life, etc. and it is known as dysbiosis.
